RE: How to Delete Temporary Internet Files and Cookies (Internet Explorer 5 and above)

• Open Internet Explorer and click on Tools
• Click on Internet Options

• On the General Tab, in the middle of the screen, click on Delete Files
• You can also check the box "Delete all offline content" (I delete these)
• Click OK and wait for the hourglass icon to stop
• Click on Delete Cookies and then click OK

Now you have deleted cookies that websites have placed on your hard drive.   Cookies may contain information for a customized Web page or logon information for a Web site. You may need to re-enter your password and username to some websites/message boards, etc.

I do this type of maintenance about once a month or actually when I can remember to do it!
